We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Please note:
Depending on your country of residence, you may have additional statutory consumer rights (such as a 14-day right of withdrawal in certain regions).
These legal rights are not affected by our extended 30-day return policy.

This policy does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of damage

  • Include all original tags

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original product (after approval)

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item),
